Master Changan has officially announced the prices of Alsvin sedan exactly a month after the vehicle was unveiled on the 11th of December 2020. Available in 3 variants in two engine & transmission options, the Changan Alsvin sedan is priced as:

| 1.5L DCT AT: | Rs 2,399,000 |
| 1.5L DCT LUMIERE AT: | Rs 2,549,000 |
All prices are ex-dealer which means customers in Peshawar and Karachi both can buy at the same price, without paying any extra freight cost. With the given prices the Changan Alsvin is all set to shake the domestic market and will not only create problems for the likes of Toyota Yaris and Honda City but will also entice Suzuki Swift, Cultus and Kia Picanto buyers into opting for a quality sedan.
Let us have a look at the 3 variants of Changan Alsvin and what they have to offer.
Alsvin 1.37L MT (PKR 21.99 Lac)
The base variant gets a 1,370cc engine under its hood and comes paired to a 5-speed manual transmission. The Euro-5 compliant BlueCore engine is capable to deliver 99hp of power and 135Nm of torque.
In terms of exterior, all Changan Alsvin variants are no different from each other which means, even opting for the base variant isn’t a compromise of any sort on looks & equipment. Highlights include alloy wheels, matching door handles & side mirrors with integrated turn signals, projector headlamps with 5-level adjustments, LED DRLs and fog lamps.
Inside you get multi-function steering wheel, 7-inch floating touscreen with HMI (Human Machine Interface), speedometer with MID display, leather seats, USB connectivity, 4 speakers, electric power steering, power windows, air-condition & 12v power outlet etc.
In terms of convenience & safety, the Alsvin comes equipped with keyless entry & electronic trunk release, dual airbags, ABS with EBD, 3-point ELR seatbelts, ISOFIX anchorage, rear parking sensors & rear camera.
Alsvin 1.5L DCT (PKR 23.99 Lac)
Then comes the Alsvin 1.5L DCT version which cost Rs 200,000 more than the base variant. All the features & equipment of this version is same as the 1.37L MT, however as the name suggest it differs in terms of engine & transmission.
Under the hood there is a Euro-5 compliant 1,480cc engine that’s capable to churn out 105hp of power and 145Nm of torque and is assisted by 5-speed dual clutch automatic transmission with tiptronic.
Alsvin 1.5L DCT Lumiere (PKR 25.49 lac)
Alsvin Lumiere is the range topping version that offers more features on top of the 1.5L DCT variant. It gets the same engine & transmission combo but offers additional equipment which includes electronic sunroof (anti-pinch), engine start/ stop technology (SST), cruise control, heated side mirrors and TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System). Lastly the steering controls in this version are finished in aluminium.
The prices of Changan Alsvin variants are considerably lower than the competition and the sedan comes rich in the list of features & equipment offered. The vehicle comes available in 6 exterior colors namely Galaxy Black, Stellar White, Lunar Silver, Space Grey, Nebula Blue and Cosmic Red. The vehicle is backed by 3 years/ 100,000km warranty, with around 17 nationwide dealerships which will be expanded in the course of time.
