Proton Saga Begin Reaching Dealerships

Malaysian automaker having teamed up with Al-Haj Automotive has recently marked its comeback in Pakistan with the introduction of X70 crossover SUV earlier this month. As reported earlier, the next in line is the 1.3L Saga sedan that is set to go on sale towards the mid of January 2021.

Now the Malaysian subcompact sedan has started to reach the dealerships ahead of its official debut and can be seen in its fully undisguised form. Unlike the bloated designs of modern subcompacts, the Saga is more reminiscent to the design fad of 2000s and will attract those who love old school designs of this sort.

Looks aside, the built quality is superior to anything that’s currently being assembled in Pakistan. Initial batch of these Proton Saga cars will be sold as CBU units, so was this red example standing at the dealership. The local production of Saga alongside X70 is expected to commence before June 2021.
