Kia has seen a remarkable success with its Sportage SUV in Pakistan however the Picanto hasn’t been able to get the same sort of response yet. Probably due to the fact that this generation was retired globally more than 2 years before it was introduced in Pakistan and being a globally discontinued model it was expected to be priced lower than the competition, however that has not been the case.

Sportage has been priced remarkably lower than what is expected of the car of such type. Even my father, who is strong believer of resale value and tried and tested methods, is seemingly interested in Sportage. That is, he was, until he saw one recently with paint starting to fade from its door handles. In fact, I even saw a vehicle with rust showing on coils (the arm like rod that is visible even if you are sitting in a trailing car) of its rear suspension.

Sportage price is constant/lower because of its competitor Hyundai Tucson. After the pics+videos of raining water coming into the vehicle, hits its popularity.
