NKGarage, a popular Honda tuner and carbon-fiber specialist in Thailand, has rolled out a sizzling kit for the new 2020 Honda City. Based on the range-topping 1.0L VTEC Turbo RS variant, the body kit has made the new City look even more stunning.
The modification elements include front bonnet, side skirts, front lip spoiler, vortex generators on the rear windshield, CF rear spoiler, rear lip spoiler and side mirror caps. Each of these items is made from carbon fiber and can be bought separately.
For more dramatic effect, this black City RS gets additional accessories such as a completely new exhaust system by JTC-Titanium, Endless braking system, 15-inch Volk Racing TE37 rims with 195/50 Toyo Proxes R888 R tires, and a lowered suspension setup. The factory front seats are also swapped out for a pair of red Recaro Sportster CS.
Other mechanical bits are left untouched, which means the City’s 1.0 liter three-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine remains in its factory tune, producing a healthy 122 hp at 5,500 rpm and 173 Nm of torque from 2,000 to 4,500 rpm. Power is sent to front-wheels via a CVT gearbox with 7 virtual speeds. Other specifications include an Idling Stop System, a dual Variable Valve Timing Control (VTC) and Variable Valve Timing & Lift Electronic Control (VTEC). The engine complies with Euro-V emission standards. For 0-100 lovers, this tiny engine can take you to three figures in less than 10.4 seconds.
