Honda will launch the 7th generation of its City subcompact sedan towards the end of this year. Earlier, camouflaged test mules were spotted testing in Thailand, which will be the first market to welcome the all-new Honda City.
Now for the first time, the 7th gen Honda City test mules have been spotted in India which will be the second market after Thailand to receive the new City, most likely towards the beginning of 2020.
Although the 7th gen City will retain its familiar shape, it will get fully redesigned bumpers, more aggressive headlamps, Honda’s signature solid wing grille and a flatter rear-end making it look bolder and sportier. Although interior images are not available at this stage, it is expected to receive a thorough redesign and since it’s also being reported that the new Honda City will sit on a longer wheelbase, it will offer an even spacious cabin and extra leg room for rear passengers.

The new Honda City for Indian market is likely to make its appearance at the 2020 Auto Expo scheduled to open its doors in February 2020.
