Courtesy Focus2Move the list is compiled using the Global Auto Database with sales data by region/area/country broken down by type/size/body-style/brand/model. Data are collected by over 300 sources, including all the official providers (local Ministery of Transportation or Associations of car Manufacturers).

The third place belongs to Ram Pickup (formerly Dodge Ram) with 623,444 units sold.

2. Chevrolet Silverado (651,131 units)

The second place is for the Chevrolet Silverado with 651,131 units sold in 2018.

1. Ford F-Series (1,081,245 units)

The best-selling pickup truck ranking was lead by the Ford F-Series, which hit the milestone of 1 million sales in the 2017 and has improved with global sales at 1.08 million units in 2018. It should be noted that US and Canada alone represent 98% of its total sales.
