Since 9 years China Green Car Annual Awards are considered one of the most influential and authoritative annual awards in the field of new energy vehicles. Annual green car selection was hosted by the official organization of the Global New Energy Vehicles (GNEV) and was supported by D1EV.com. Different from previous years, this year the selection comprehensively evaluates participating vehicles from four aspects: dynamic evaluation, static evaluation, market conditions and after-sales maintenance.

At the event, Sui Quanhui, Deputy General Manager of marketing department of Changan New Energy Technology Company, shared Changan’s new energy vehicle plans. He said:

“Changan New Energy Vehicle will firmly implement the ‘Shangri-La’ plan, and strive to build three platforms – travel, charging, and user management platform. We’ll be always efficiently communicating with customers with high-frequency interaction; be closer to customers offline and provide intelligent and caring services.”

The Changan Eado EV460 was launched in October 2018. It comes equipped with the industry’s pioneering “three-in-one electric drive” system, which allows the energy of each charge to be released to the fullest, achieving longer endurance at the same power level. Eado EV460’s cruising range under NEDC conditions is 430km, while it can reach up to 460km as claimed by Changan. The cruising range can reach up to 550km if the vehicle is driven under 60km/h speed, surpassing other EVs of same class.

The Eado EV460 achieves huge advancement in fast charging technology. It only takes 30 minutes to charge 30% of the battery, and only takes 50 minutes to achieve 80% of charge. It is also equipped with a vehicle slow charge system, which takes only 8 hours to fully charge the battery.
