Lamborghini Rolls Out 8000th Huracan in Just 3 Years

The Huracan even outsold the flagship Aventador which celebrated 5,000th unit last year. With 8,000 units on the road already, the Huracan has also already surpassed 50% number of its predecessor, the Gallardo. The Gallardo wrapped up its tenure with 14,022 units making it the highest selling Raging Bull till date.

The Huracan is currently available in four variants, apart from the ‘Performante’ in coupe or spyder body style. Mechanically, the options include an all-wheel-drive or the rear-wheel drive variant in both hardtop and open-air (spyder) body style.

The Huracan is powered by a 5.2-litre V10 punching out 510, 610 or 630bhp depending on the version. The Performante which broke the Green Hell record also boasts of many avant-garde Italian technology features as well. And what’s more, a drop-top Performante is also on its way as well.

The 8000th milestone is just a stepping stone and the Italian manufacturer must hope to see the number growing folds in the years to come.
